These times are a working outline. The final schedule depends on how many teams register. More teams means more rounds, and the bracket gets built around the field. We’ll lock everything in closer to the event and send every captain their finalized bracket, field assignment, and start times directly.

The People Who Make It Happen
The Oaklyn Kickball Tournament runs on volunteers from the Oaklyn Civic Association — neighbors who wanted to see this one come back.
This tournament was an Oaklyn tradition before it went quiet, and bringing it back took a room full of people willing to make phone calls, chase down permits, and argue good-naturedly about bracket formats. Everyone here does this on their own time, for a town they actually live in.
