Team Registration Options

Use the smart form below to fill out your registration for this year’s Kickball Tournament! All options are explained below the smart form for reference.

📋 Sign Your Waiver First

Every participant needs a waiver on file before game day. Parents and kids playing together on an adult team are welcome — each player still needs their own waiver.

Kids Pickup Game

  • Sunday, 1:00–2:00 PM · $5 per player, payable at the field

  • Open to all kids — no age restrictions, just come ready to play

Registration Options for Adults

Full Adult Team

  • Register and pay for full team all at once

  • Designate Team Captain, Claim Team Name

$180 (Save $20!)

Adult Free Agent

  • No team? No problem!

  • Depending on interest, we will either create a free agent team or add you to an existing team

Adult Single Player

  • Use this option if you need to register and pay for your spot on an existing team

  • You'll need your team name and the team captain's name to submit registration
